SELLING YOUR ITEMS 

Do you have gently used items you would like to give a second life to? Or new items that just don’t have a place? Downsizing? Life Changes?

Mikayla’s Thriftique does purchase various items at LOW COST from time-to-time. Here’s what you need to know:

If you have new or gently used items for sale, please call the store at 201.499.1177 to discuss further or email: mikaylasthriftique@gmail.com (please give 1-2 days for email response). We pay low cost for items as we are a thrift and have to sell at a lower price.

• All items must be CLEAN and GENTLY USED only; no rips, tears, or staining for clothing; no broken pieces, major dents, cracks or dings for other items. Basic wear for antiques or older items are acceptable. All categories outside of list below are reviewed but you must call first.

• Items NOT ACCEPTED: Large pieces of furniture (headboards, large sectionals, ovens, refrigerators, etc), mattresses, (used) bed pillows, bed frames, air purifiers, large A/C units, cribs, baby car seats, vacuums, mops, heaters, (used) vaporizers, bathroom equipment/personal care items (potty seats, etc), High-end luxury brand watches and bags without receipt or certification (Prada, Louis Vuitton, etc.) too many copies around.

• If you have items with sentimental value we ask that do not sell them as that is often a cause for unrealistic price expectations. Agreement to review items does NOT guarantee they will be purchased.

• Pricing estimates will not be given over the phone. A cost sheet will not be provided; we are a local store and need to see the items and weigh that against inventory and what we feel is a good fit for the store.
